Allan Biggar (Chairman & CEO)

A leading agency professional, Allan Biggar started his career in politics. He founded his first agency at the age of 28 and grew it into three businesses in the public relations, advertising and publishing space, generating over £1.2million in revenue. He went on to join Burson-Marsteller rising rapidly through the ranks from CEO Middle East to CEO Brussels; Chairman, European Public Affairs Practice; CEO UK and Europe and finally Global Chairman of the firm's Corporate & Financial business. Allan left B-M in 2005 to found Brand Faith and International Insights and subsequently to set up All About Brands. He also sits on the board of a biotechnology company.

Andrew Wigley (Chief Operating Officer)
Andrew has a breadth of experience working in politics, consultancy and in-house.  He began his career at the House of Commons working as a parliamentary assistant before moving to Brussels to take up a post in the European Parliament.   He later joined Burson-Marsteller consulting to businesses, NGOs and political groups in Brussels, London and San Francisco.  Prior to joining All About Brands, Andrew worked at mining giant, BHP Billiton, where he managed the Group’s public affairs and corporate responsibility for Europe, Middle East and North Africa.
 

Bridget Biggar (Talent HR)

Bridget is an experienced management consultant and HR specialist. She is recognised as a leading expert on the Lifo® Method and achieving behavioural change. She was a Member of the Employment Tribunal for 13 years, with strong expertise in the use of psychometric assessment.

Bridget is a regular lecturer on management, leadership and performance management.

Mark Rollinson (Group Creative Director)

Mark has more than 25 years' experience working across design, advertising and public relations advising business, government and charities. He was heavily involved in the Labour Party's successful General Election campaign in 1997, described by PR Week as "the campaign of the 20th century". He has won many awards both for creativity and effectiveness across all three marketing disciplines and in 1996, was made a fellow of the Chartered Society of Designers. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 2004.
