Our approach is to verify your corporate and/or brand positioning by undertaking a perception audit among external stakeholders followed by an audit of the internal assets that can be harnessed to deliver your message. We then work with our clients to formulate a strategy to achieve the desired outcomes by using a range of activities to ensure the right message is heard among key stakeholders. This can include CEO positioning, corporate responsibility, employee engagement, litigation communication and investor relations.

In the event of an issue arising, our issues and crisis team have decades of hardcore crisis management behind them. Our approach to any crisis or issue is a simple one: we deal in facts, never emotions, and we cover it from every angle. This way, our clients know they are fully prepared for any contingency.

We can help clients anticipate issues before they escalate into crises. We will conduct a risk assessment to identify and prioritize the areas of greatest vulnerability. We then develop crisis management plans and develop core messages and materials. We will work with our clients not only to prepare them but also to test the corporate communications team, undertaking crisis communications training which helps to identify vulnerabilities and help build preparedness and expertise.
