We provide high quality services to businesses and their leaders in the areas of executive leadership training and leadership development, team building, performance, evaluation, surveying/testing, human developments and function/responsibilities.
We have provided training for many corporates, government departments and agencies, industry associations and not-for-profits. We specialise in leadership development but also deliver programmes for all levels in your business including managers, middle managers and employees.
The changing business environment has identified a requirement for more varied methods of staff employment. Our consultants can also work with you in the design, planning and implementation of new processes for business improvements across management and throughout your organisation.
As part of our process of equipping senior leadership, we use the Lifo® Method to produce profiles of an individual’s strengths and also their strength-potential which is then matched to the organisation’s culture and job requirements. Individuals find this process interesting, empowering, and enlightening: it is not a personality or intelligence assessment, neither are individuals compared to others in similar jobs in a judgemental way. Rather we endeavour to uncover and stimulate each person’s ability to play to their strengths and to develop dormant or underused strengths in order to broaden their leadership toolkit. This is led by our own Lifo® International Master Trainer.
