AAB has been appointed to deliver a strategic communications programme for Abu Dhabi's Department of Civil Service. The Department is the strategic HR arm of the Government of Abu Dhabi and is responsible for overseeing a major process of institutional change across the Emirate's public sector as it aspires to become a world class government.
